Accessibility statement
Taylored PC Solutions is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification, or reduced motion settings.
The standard I aim for
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the benchmark the Department of Justice points to for ADA Title III compliance. That covers text contrast, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, and page structure that reads correctly out loud.
What is in place
- A skip link to jump straight past the navigation.
- Every page reachable and operable with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring on each control.
- Body text at a minimum of 4.5 to 1 contrast against the page, and large text at 3 to 1 or better.
- Form fields with real labels, required-field marking, and errors described in words rather than color alone.
- Headings in order, landmark regions, and page changes announced to screen readers.
- Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and stays readable when zoomed to 200 percent.
- Motion reduced automatically when your device asks for it.
Getting service another way
If any part of this site gets in your way, you never have to use it to reach me. Call or text (317) 646-3626, or email brandon@tayloredpcsolutions.com, and I will take your details, quote the work and book it directly.
On-site visits are available across the service area for anyone who cannot travel. If you need extra time, written notes instead of a phone call, or someone to walk through a repair slowly, say so and that is how we will do it.
Reporting a problem
Tell me what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what device or assistive technology you were using. I respond within two business days and aim to fix confirmed barriers within thirty days.
